People are also advised to consider trying humidifying the bedroom before they go to relax. This has provided significant results to individuals who have tried it making it possible to have proper breathing. This is because the air is able to pass through the airways efficiently. Thus choosing to invest in a humidifier is a wise investment to make.

In most extreme situations where the other forms of treatments including surgeries have failed, then, a tracheostomy is highly advised. A breathing tube is normally inserted from the permanent penetration made on the windpipe. A valve is created and during the night it opens allowing air to pass through.
