Fish is a type of white meat that will nourish the body with a good deal of proteins. Fish also has omega 3 fatty acids. These boost immunity.

On top of having the right diet, an individual will need to hydrate his body. As it is commonly said in the United States of America and even Canada, water is life. One can stay for weeks without food. However, he can only live for a few days without water. One should drink at least one liter of water each day.

Dieting without exercising will simply be a waste of time. One needs to dedicate time and effort towards exercising. Staying active will help the body in more than one way.
