The colon is responsible for passing waste products through the body so that they can be expelled through the anus. You should really try and change your eating habits after your diet. Start with light foods and slowly ease back into fiber-filled whole grains, proteins, and dairy products. Go easy on refined sugars, white flour, and oils. Packaged foods are not good for you and most of them are not healthy.
