Nurses always take care of patients in the hospital. Some will even pay them a home visit to guide them about taking care of a chronic disease. They use their medical knowledge to direct their clients on the right measures to take for them to reduce the pain and increase their days on earth. After receiving the bad news about their health status, the patients go through emotional torture. They start seeing like that is the end of the world. They start thinking about the high costs associated with the therapy and the discrimination they will go through from their friends and relatives. Some fear that they might end up losing their jobs due to the illness. As the nurse, you have to give them hope for a better life after diagnose. The patient education tries to teach both the ill persons and their families about the disease.

The medical provider must be conversant with the concept. This article looks at the paramount parts of this process. Start by assessing the needs of your audience. Identify the problems that are similar to the group and look for solutions. Read the medical journals, magazines, and books to come up with a concrete answer.
